Active Adults (AOA)

The Y supports active adults while providing programs that give an extra edge to good health that is needed to meet life's changing challenges. All people need to continue to have a mission in their lives, a sense of direction and purpose. The Y is a place that active adults can depend on - a place where they can enrich their lives and develop new skills, new interests and new friends.

The Active Adults or (AOA) group meets throughout the month at set times to enjoy games, book reviews, fun and sometimes food.
